Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)

LLP’s are a way of allowing unincorporated businesses to expand and have changes in partners. LLP’s were designed to offer limited liability protection yet be flexible on the way the business operates and the withdrawal of funds.

It is also a way of partners, where an imbalance of personal asset ownership can be addressed, which would otherwise be an obstacle to admission of a new partner into a business.
