We act for a range of Charities, both Incorporated (Limited Companies) and Unincorporated, requiring an Independent Examination or Full Audit, depending on the turnover of the individual charity and its governing document.

Traviss and Co is authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to carry out audit work and to signed as Registered Auditors. We will prepare the necessary Financial Statements to meet compliance and reporting requirements to the Charity commissioners as well as for filing at Companies House, if the charity is incorporated.
